Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Product should be returned with original packaging
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video/photo proof may be required for verification
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized jewelry
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for damaged or wrong items subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
