Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

✅ Returns Eligibility:
– Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
– Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
– Return request must include original invoice/order ID.

🚫 Non-returnable Items:
– Used or damaged jewellery
– Items purchased on clearance or sale
– Customised or personalised orders

🔁 Exchange Policy:
– Exchange is allowed for size or design issues within 7 days.
– Exchange will be processed only after the returned product passes quality check.

📦 How to Return:
– Email us at kayansjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8595737391 with your order details and reason for return.
– Our team will guide you through the return process.
– Once we receive the item, we’ll initiate a refund or exchange as requested.

💸 Refunds:
– Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return.
– Refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, bank, etc.)
– For COD orders, we’ll initiate a refund to your bank account.

🚚 Return Shipping:
– If the return is due to damage or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping charges.
– For other reasons (change of mind, size), return shipping will be at the customer’s cost.
